When to Contact Your Instructor

Any time you have a question or concern about myCourses, you should keep your instructor in the loop. By doing this, you show your instructor that you are being proactive, and cut down on response time since the Support Team oftentimes needs to contact your instructor after speaking with you.

Always contact your instructor if:
  • You have a question about an assignment.
  • Where to find assignments/test and any requirements.
  • You have a question about taking a test.
  • If you do not fully understand the directions or submission requirements for a test, be sure to ask our instructor about their expectations.
  • You need some sort of accommodation.
  • If something comes up that keeps you from completing your work on time, contact your instructor to discuss any accommodations that may be available.
